1. The Webex Contact Center Administrator needs to login to the Webex Admin Control hub

  2. Go to Management → Apps → Service Apps

  3. Select the Lace for Call Center service app

  1. Click on the Authorization toggle and then Save as shown here

  1. After completing this step, send an email to [email protected] to notify us that the permissions have been granted and we will complete the integration.
